No need to submit any original documents except PCC, you just need to attach PA’s Parents’ and siblings passport copies (xerox) in which dob is mentioned!

Is it necessary to change the last name for my wife on her passport or get spouse name added on the passport or just the passport she has been using before marriage is good for spousal case ??

what documents a sponsor need to put together for the file incase of spousal sponsorship
- copy of PR card
- job letter original
- travel tickets or boarding pass
- original tax assessment/ option C( what is option C ) ??
for how many years do i need to provide tax assessment or Option C ???

Not Required.

Have a bank account nominee name changed in her bank account and submit the new passbook proof showing yours name as a nominee in her bank pass book.

Yes, you must provide your last year (only 1 year) T4 statement.

First you have to find your neighborhopd mp then call them ask them to find put about your case u give uoir name your hubby and your application number like f00... Then they will call and contac you back
