Hi, I have submitted sponsorship file to sponsor my wife in January 2018. It was received on January 24th and further sent to NDVO on April 10th for processing. Haven't heard anything since then. Any idea about the timeline, which month files are being processed as of now ?

You should expect something in November according to current trend, and if lucky then Before November.
