Hello all, i just have a thought, is CIC or NDVO also making decision or pick files based on the applicant's education background? what Canada demands at present time to make economy stronger. Such as doctors might get higher priority over engineers or any other bachelor degree than to diploma?
because so far no trend is making any sense. therefore, just throwing out my thought.

i don't think that would be true, as my spouse is quite educated/ qualified, and nothing so far! lol! I honestly think it is which visa officer in NDVO gets your file that determines these infrequencies. Looking at Jan to March applicants, the max average amount of time it took for BCG to start was around 175, and here we are waiting at 190 days.... lord frustration level is high

seems like a custom response to me, but still u being a march applicant, how long does it take for them to do a BGC? it should have been done by now.
anyways i am happy for u, good luck buddy.
I believe you should consider applying for GC Notes

So Hang on to it... Enjoy your Electronic communication with your loved once.
Good Luck to all.
Hope you guys receive good news soon...!
So finally got some actions.

Yup totally with you! I’m gonna write an email, submit a case enquiry as in why they are jumping the queue. Also, contact the MP. Fairness of the whole process is out the door.
Did you end up sending a cse to NDVO? Or contact your MP? It doesn’t make sense that May and June Applicants are getting DM and PPR while Jan, Feb, March and April are waiting for BGC to start and others have been stuck in BGC for almost 2 Months now! Most of us have straight forward cases as well! So not sure what the issue is....
