Since you already got your Sponsorship Approval letter, I wouldn't worry much about Sponsor side status in ECAS.
Does your GCKey show reviewing of additional documents or BG Check in progress? If yes, then you are close enough to a final decision. Otherwise I'd suggest you wait for GCMS notes to arrive. By the way, when did you do your PCC and when did they ask you for it again? Was it general email or specific?

My hasband had done PPC before we submitt our application. So it has been submitted PPC with upfront application on Aug but because my hasband doesn't live in that country PPC was requested for since 4 years back its not counted as expired PPC still valid unless you dont visit again to that country. And we submitted the scan of old one through email on March 30 2017. And In my ECAS both sites shows in proccess since sep 2016 no DM at all in both colum. and in GCkey it shows as follows;

Application status: We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: You do not need medical. We will send you a massage If this changes.
Review of additional documents: The additional documents you provided are being reviewed.
Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
I donno what's going on with my application iam worried about it i have ordered GCMS but i haven't received it yet.
