No they dont have to, please dont listen to the your rep, just go for medicals and let them know that you are pregnant and they will do the need full.

PPRs, DMs and BckGrnd checks in progress can happen any day of the week except for holidays. There is no definite timeline in which NDVO works. Keep checking and praying...

Today i checked my cic showing documents provided

is that a good sign ? What is next step, my medical expires April 28th ?

the next step for you would be documents received in place of provided which means, that documents which have been received are correct.

ECAS shows decision made. My CiC still shows Final decision: not started but BG in progress.

No timeline on Bck Grnd checks, it depends on a lot of factors.

Hey guys. Anyone know processing time for spouse sponsorship for first marriage India. Showing 12 month on cic site but i heard its around 6 months is that true and what is the process. They received file on 14th feb 2017. When will i get file number and request for medical?

The official answer is 12 months if filed in Dec 2017 or after. Unofficially things are moving at the rate of 7-10 months per application on an average.....
