I am about to file an application to sponsor my Wife. She is in India. I have a very small doubt. Do we need to send the forms for sponsor and person to be sponsored together to the CIC address in Ottawa?

I know its small but I need a clarity. Thanks in advance.

Yes ofcourse it has to be send together and its going to missisauga not ottawa.

I do not see any background check or medical result information on cic.gc.ca website. I only see below information. Is there any specific website to check further information?

When to expect decision made?

if status shown on file is "In Progress" with these three bullets.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 14, 2016.
2. We started processing your application on August 26, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.

i got call from NDvo had interview and asked for doc and after few weeks my application status changes to decision made and after that my husband in canada get cal from ndvo saying u were not misguided by anyone as our previous file got rejected can anyone help decison made means file is through bcz still passport request not came

DM means Decision made, its mostly used for VISA approvals for Immigration. So just wait for the email for postal mail from the NDVO and the PPR should be in 1~2 weeks.
