Its basically when the application was mailed from your side and the received is the AOR1 telling you as the first communication from CIC that they have started working on your application.

It depends on CIC as to how they take it. We make it simpler for ourselves for tracking purposes. I submitted my application and it was received a day or two later but this is not the same for folks mailing in from India. Hope my confusing answers clears the confusion above ;D ;D ;D

Now your case is a June filing, its better to do a MP inquiry in person. There is no logic as to why the CIC works in a manner they do.

Who is MP? And how can we contact them at NDVO?
Please let me know

It's nothing to worry about. The name and D. O. B is just in case the picture are mixed with other pictures or get loose from file
