Hey guys quick question I've asked this question before , so my wife is Canadian citizen , I am August 8 applicant , she visited me in October and went back in November , but because of this long long processing time , it's not bearable , so she want to visit India again in the end of Feb is it okay if she visit again ?

My brother May 18th Applicant, no update so far after AOR2. Can see status in ecas, but not able to link application in CIC account.

It Has been almost one year , that we were applying under spousal sponsorship
applicaton status as follows:

Visa office :New Delhi
First Apply :march 2016
Medical : upfront February 11 2016
Status : Application file was missing (cic said)
........................................
2nd application: june 2016 (cic provides special number for missing file by cic)
Aor 1: june 25 2016
SpA : august 2016
Aor 2 (file transfer to visa office) :September 10 2016
New Update : not yet

cic not asking for updated document yet and the Medical result will expire at February 11, why it's talking time for such missing file by cic
why processing taking such a long time !!!!!!! please suggest what can we do in such a condition

Now your case is a June filing, its better to do a MP inquiry in person. There is no logic as to why the CIC works in a manner they do.

Did anyone had done pre-medical recently ? I went to a doctor in Delhi and she told CIC has sent them an email not to do any pre-medical. Our medical expired already and was thinking about doing a re-medical in order to save time.

Its very simple, call the other medical offices which are recommended by CIC/NDVO and check with them for an appointment and they will tell you. Yay or Nay

Your wife can visit you as many times as she wants, shes a Canadian citizen, the more visits she makes, the more strong your case is.

But How you notify them about ur visits? If you dont tell they dont know.
