Finally got passport request

My husband is not residing in India but this is what they wrote which I'm a bit confused about does anyone know what to do in this case ?

1) Passports
· VFS is our trusted partner for safe and secure passport transmission. Using VFS services is the only way to submit your passport. Contact VFS in India (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india) or in Nepal (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/Nepal) and pay the requisite fees for the Passport Transmission Services . A separate envelope is required for each passport.

· Please take this letter and present it to VFS for the purchase of the secure Passport Transmission Service. VFS will send your passport to the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi in a secure envelope. You will then be advised by VFS when your passport has been returned and is ready to be picked up.

My ecas is still showing "in process"..

if i dnt got ppr then what i can do.

Check all your email folders and do an MP inquiry to confirm if they sent PPR.

If you have a representative - check with them. In the application, what did you put as your form of communication? Email or physical mail address?

First of all very big congrats to you!

I think I read somewhere on the forum that you can send a case specific enquiry and you will get a reply within 1-2 weeks with a new ppr to send to the country where ur spouse is residing.
Does anyone on this forum know a better solution to this?
