Can anybody go to CHD VFS and submit the passport or my wife needs to be personally present?

Congratulations - happy times ahead! Usually in person. In case she can't go - call CHD VFS and ask if someone else can go submit along with the relevant authority letter from your wife. Fees are to be paid in cash!

Does DM on ecas is a positive sign......after dm how long ppr take time

If no interview requested or additional docs, usually if it's a straight DM from time of application - it's positive!

PPR can take a few days to weeks or next day - very random as seen on various threads here!

checked just now....they sent it at 10:30am indian time

Hang in there! It will all turn out okay .... be positive and think positive! DM is just around the corner - keep checking ECAS!

in my case i got dm on my ecas no interviiew or addtional doc required just got dm on ecas
