Yes yesterday v got MP enquiry response that cic had sent us email on 5th Jan for ppr but our representative has not received mail may be mail got miss...now what should v do...any suggestion?
Should v tell MP to tell cic to resend us email...thn how long more it ll take to resend mail process by cic ??

Ask the MP to contact the CIC and then through them NDVO. I feel just that because you have a REP ( signed your case to him/her) NDVO would be confused as to who to send the PPR email to. Get in touch with NDVO or ask your rep to contact them. Or take the REP out and do this on your own.

I really think you should for now ask the MP's people to contact CIC and then see how far that goes.

Today We will contact MP again about to communicate wd cic and ask thm to resend mail on our id...coz contacting directly NDVO is difficult to get reply as thy took a lot of time to reply...MP said our file is approved ...and cic sent u approval letter on 5th Jan...hope approval letter and ppr r same...thank u

I don't think there is an approval letter. Just the PPR!

There can be only one medical attached to an applicants. So as of now your old medical is attached to the file.. so would say please wait for them to send you the request. By then the old one will be removed from your file and there will be room to add the re medical.

Yes.. i called the rep but he said that he did not got any email. and no document request in ecas as well.

I would not just take their word on it, i would actually go to their office and demand an explanation. Either your rep is not telling the truth or whomever told you about the info being sent it is not telling the truth. Cannot be a third option here.

It's sad that you missed it. But I am just wondering that there wasn't an update on your ECAS. Because whenever NDVO asks you for additional documents, a line gets added on your ECAS.

Not necessary, all NDVO correspondence are done manually and someone needs to make time to send these out and add the same request to the ECAS to reflect in the correct files. So many a times, they are lazy as it is but they become more lazy of not following procedures.

Ask your husband to go to the Reps office and tell him to look hard in his emails for the email from CIC. And if you have the info from your MP on paper then take it to the rep and show it to him.

Congrats on your file being approved. I think that means DM only... PPR will be a separate email or communication.
