Hi Guys, my wife's background check went in progress this morning. I hope I answer a lot of questions below.

She is a June 16th, 2016 applicant and her timeline is in my signature.
Her medicals were done upfront.
I also tried for my wife's visitor's visa in May 2016 before her PR application but unfortunately it didn't go through.

Hey guys i sponsered my wife on june 7 2016 and i was wondering that on my gckey it says my medical is passed thats been like that since October and there is nothing about medical being passed on eacs does anyone no if this can effect my application

So now it's confirmed that VO moved on and started working on June application.Not sure how many active users on this thread for June but keep posted us with good news and July applicant start checking my cic/ecas

This is good news!!! We will check our GCKEY in a weeks time and hopefully there is some movement on our file June 24 people!!!!

This does not matter
Our gcms they showed medicals passed
Whereas mycic says in review and ecas shows just received.

Nothing to worry about.
Its just about how the officer enters data into the system

Looks like they are processing files based on the medical expiry dates, my application date is May 25 but medicals were done on April 15 :-X

We are total 10 days behind you for the medicals ..

I think they taking emotions based in medical reports and not sticking to dates
