Another week gone by, still in BG Check in progress since 11 Nov.

January 15 Applicant.

I think my husband's fine has gotten lost or something. In only a couple days we will be working on month 12 and with the new 12 month estimate for all applications I have no idea how they will manage that with our application since they go on leave / vacation from about the 20th till first week in January. 15 January will be one full year for us and it appears from GCMS notes that nothing at all has been done on our file other than re-medical request in beginning of Nov.

I am really happy for all of you who have gotten PPR. I really am. But it's also devastating to continually read that people who applied 3-4 months after my husband, now have PPR and are coming to Canada while we are being kept apart for no reason other than they are not working on my husband's file. There is nothing wrong with his application, GCMS notes just show that nobody is even working on it. We lready contacted MP office and they are trying to get an answer from the minister's office. But nothing yet.

Anyway for those of you who will see your spouses for the holidays, congrats and wish you the best. I / my husband will be spending it alone again it looks like. Now we have missed two Christmas / New year's and our first anniversary together. We were married in Sept 2015 and only got to see each other for a 3 week period since then.

I dont think we need to update any address. If we send it to Ottawa, we will also include return address so it will come to Canadian address only.

i need some help in financial evaluation for sponsor IMM 5481, I don't see a LICO table for spouse sponsorship, something similiar for parent and grand parents sponsorship, wanted to know my minimum income

i am self employed, my personal income is decided by me every year.
my parents will get there PR, in early 2017
i am getting married in early 2017, date is not confirmed
however i need to file me tax in couple of months
Local visa office will be new delhi

so could someone share the LICO table and what is the minimum income for 2016 for family of 4 which is myself, my mom, my dad and my future wife

I pray that you will get the PPR soon. btw, since your BGC is in progress, there are high chances that your TRV will be approved. once your husband is in Canada, you can send passport to Ottawa for stamping.

Yes i got your message, that's why i said for parents he's showing 73 K.... he has a family of 6 (Him, his wife, two children and now he's filing for his parents)

I don't remember there is a place where u show your income when u r filing for your wife, at least i didn't do it. All i sent where my income statements to the date i was working and then the financials after i was laid off and my previous income tax returns.

Hi,

According to CIC $45,206 should be annual income for a family of 4. But I think the spouse should not be considered in the 4, as there is not set income required to sponsor your wife. Hope this helps.

thank you for your quick reply, 73k was need for the parents visa, the story entirely different.

since you said no minimum income criteria for spouse sponsorship is something fishy, because i still need to prove how much i earn and how will i support 4 members family, once my wife gets her PR...

as i said in my earlier comment, i have incorporated business, my personal income NOA is decided by me and my accountant based on the future benefits... so is there anyone was in the same boat as me?

i did refer this table and as you stated that it is not specified to meet necessary income to sponsor spouse.
and thats why i am worried, that if i declare low for 2016 and i screw up future life

Try declaring a fair in-between number. Considering that you need the funds to bring your parents and you don't need the funds to bring your wife. I am sure you can figure a fair number.
