Hello All,

Just want to update you all that I just got Decision Made on PR side of my ECAS. We are April 25th, 2016 applicant. I am so relieved. Good luck to all of you who are waiting. It has been a journey! But a positive one.

Keep faith in God that is the only advice I can give to all my forum members. It will happen....

Now just waiting for PPR

Rest is routine now..

Hi everyone . Just got my decision made this morning . I just had 2 lines in my Ecas before . Being a lawyer involved couldn't link my application either . This morning 3rd line added about medical received . And decision made on both sides .

Timeline - April 27 applicant
Processing started in Delhi 27june
Decision made December 1

Just waiting for Ppr now I gues

As per gude link provided it says 50*70 mm whereas earlier it used to be 35*45mm. Is it true that they changed the size from 35*45mm

Hey,

I am stucked in an unexpectedly horrible situation. i applied to sponsor my spouse. They refused my sponsorship stating i didnot declare my marriage during processing of my permanent residence application. However i did notify both offices twice regarding my marriage. Also since i selected to continue processing of my application even if i cannot sponsor thereby they are continuing the Spouse evaluation (Part II).

I have email communication as evidence that i notified them of my marriage. But i dont know how to resolve this. I send a case specific enquiry with attached evidences. Please advice if anyone faced this situation and how can i handle it. :'( :'( :'( :'(

Just fed up and frustated with their work nw.. dont know their working criteria of picking files..
if they clear all things.. why not PPR SO much tym in sending PPR..

Please take the correspondences which you had made to both the office and go and see your MP and they might be able to sort this matter. Did you get married during your immigration cycle? If yes, you should have informed them and like you have already said you did, you are in the right here.

This is what i got when i searched, please search again and it doesnt matter what it was before, for now this is the requirement. May be someone else can also chime in?

Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not Started
Final decision Not Started

What all these means , NDVO touch my file ? i had submitted my pending documents to NDVO 4 months ago and received acknowledgment. Why submitted documents still blank ? Any idea ?

It means, that your file is at "Review of eligibility" state. This step routinely takes about 4.5~5.5 months but there have been cases where this was very quick ??? ??? and also cases where it took its sweet time . So hang in there and keep patience. ;D ;D ;D

Stupid suggestion, give them 7-10 business days and then contact your MP

Funny thing, his brother is high ranking police in Srinagar... had I known maybe we could have had that expedited...

Just find out if they have received any query from NDVO, it might solve a lot of issues.

May 17 applicant.
Received GCMS notes. Nothing has started yet. Not even eligibility check started.

But one question, how do we know if it's a straightforward case from GCMS notes.
Anyone has any idea.

Hey we are in d same boat. Got our gcms last week.nothing has started.
And in gcms
What all we can figure out that only medicals have been passed.

Everythn else hasnt started except fr an activity of grouping done by ndvo in later sep'16.


Really hoping that they touch our files by mid dec.

25th may applicants with 2nd aug as aor2.
