Guys,

NEED HELP!!

I got an email from NDVO this morning and they are asking for the following things despite already attached everything earlier:

• Please provide additional photographs of the Sangeet, Mehndi, actual religious wedding ceremony; of rituals like circulation around the holy fire, etc and photos showing the stated attendance of 450 guests and of guests having a meal; pre and post wedding celebrations.
• Please provide photographs of outings made by you and your sponsor, of your trip to Mauritius, of sponsor’s subsequent trips to India and any other post wedding family photos.
• Please provide any proof of communication with your sponsor after marriage.
• Please provide a detailed explanation about the development of relationship – how and when did you and your sponsor meet, the development of relationship after meeting, how and who arranged the marriage, how and when were parents involved, when was the marriage fixed, development of relationship after sponsor left for Canada, why was the marriage fixed after 6 years of relationship etc.

I have few questions:

Did any one receive similar query despite attaching enough proofs?

After submitting these documents when will it be reflected on My CIC or will it be acknowledged through email?

Look like they are working on my file now, but i am worried will it lead to further delay or interview?

GCMS notes stated they have no doubt but they are seeking more proofs...is it kind of delaying the applications?

Tell them you have already sent the requested proofs with the application, and happy to provide additional proofs. Take a few days time and send all the additional proofs with more details/explanation if possible.

So the mode of sending documents will be courier at their postal address at Chanakyapuri right or is there way to upload on My CIC?

Use the CSE (Case Specific Enquiry webform) as well - you can upload docs on it and on MyCIC - someone can explain the process if they have done it before.

Try and address every point they have outlined. Give a good explanation if your photos don't show what they expected to see based on what you originally wrote in your application. Sometimes at CPC they may have shredded or lost some of your photos etc - so don't assume they have it all. If you have GCMS notes - go through them or order some so you get an idea of how they are assessing your application. It will help later if you want to send additional proofs after this batch to address any concerns.

It's interesting they want to know why you waited 6 years to be married - make sure your explanation is solid.

Hey aditya you should justify the each point attaching the all the proof irrespectively you have send it earlier it's no harm to resend it..I suggest you to send as much photos as you can...you can also send the phone call history what's app chat and video call chat history you can also send the call history record showing the communication of your spouse with your family member and your phone call record showing your communication to her family member you can highlight the phone number and indicates the name of the family member..write one good cover letter also..hope you get the ppr soon..
Could you please tell when did you get the email..and there is any update in CIC account..

Waiting for some feedback on e-cas situation

Just now Checked my e-cas i found some change on it.

On Sponser side : In Process ( It was same like before ) but there is one more line added just now.

We received your application to sponsor XXXX on August 30, 2016.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 27, 2016.
We started processing your application on September 26, 2016.
We sent you correspondence on October 3, 2016 about the decision on your application.( Added new line today)

Note : I got SA confirmation email dated : 30 Sept,2016. What does this Oct-3,2016 correspondence mean is ? should i expect letter in mail ?

On PA side : It changed from Application Received to " In Process" . But no AOR2 yet from ND VO .

" We received XXXXX application for permanent residence on August 30, 2016.
Medical results have been received."

Same like as usual. Usually In Process comes with 3rd line that says we started processing your application from XYZ date.

Anyone help me in understanding this e-cas status.

Sponsorship email is the correspodence they have sent as they have updated the system. u will soon be able to see decision made on sponsor side.

Seems like they are again in Student visa mode as next batch is starting in January....God knows when they are going to process rest of the spousal visa applications

As someone suggested, use case specific enquiry as well in addition to uploading documents on MyCIC. Maybe, can you pose this question on the 2015 or 2014 thread as well, as they might have received some similar queries and thus advise you with their experience and inputs?

I wonder because it's already 8 months gone and now they are asking for more proofs...were they sleeping all that time :'(.....but what else I could do...I'll send many proofs again...yeah I'll highlight the necessary phone number...

They requested to mail them within 30 days...so are they referring to e-mail or speedpost or any other suitable mode ?

I got email at 10:21 IST and there is no update on CIC account

No , just for the principal applicant and any dependants as per the checklist !
We just did for the applicant not the sponsor .
