it is so frustrating the way ndvo is processing the files I applied for my husband on 18 feb 2016 received aor 1 on 17 march and sa on 23 merch and ndvo is started processing my file on 4 april
never received aor 2

I cant even link my application to online account bcoz of representative

do not know what to do

I have a quick question on my application being processed . Sponsor accepted and application for PR is taken up on November 9 and started processing on Jan22.
CIC has requested for further documents on Aug 3 from Delhi which I had sent by email and post which I never had got any response till now and is not processed further.

Can someone please update how long does this process take to see if they had atleast received the information since there is no acknowledgement that they had received the documents and couldnt track and not sure if the PR process itself is extended overall.

Hi, I am Canadian PR and my GF is having visitor visa already, and we are planning to get married in India.
because she has visitor visa already so we are planning to travel together to Canada, me as PR and she as visitor.
And i am planning to apply Outland sponsorship while she is with me in Canada, and once passport request comes in, she will go back to India.
and wait for the PR to finalize.
Can anyone please suggest is there any risk in this approach?

Hello , I would like to know few details regarding the visa ?
First of all , last morning I recived a mail from Delhi immigration office stating I should submit the payment receipt copy and PCC. But these two documents have already been submitted while sending the application. Should I reply to their mail stating we have the submitted the requested documents or just ignore the mail ?

How long it will take visa to process / passport call from New Delhi office ?

I sponsored to my spouse. My status Decision Made before 1 month and my spouse's status In Process was converted before 2 months. My spouse's file transferred to New Delhi on 14th July 2016.
Till when should I wait for PPR?

Well, I am also 19 Feb applicant and my files started processing from 4 April as well....look like we share the exact same timeline...what's your current status on CIC and did you check with your representative or try linking application on your own.....it's really frustrating i can imagine but we can only do prayers.

Keep posted about any progress at your end!!

Try and call the NDVO visa office if you have their number or else inquire through email i.e. General inquiries: delhi@international.gc.ca and Visas and Immigration: delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

Well someone already responded to your query few days back....and here is the quote "she can get the process done for passport request in canada itself approach is good except that she need not go to india for stamping she can do it here in canada Thanks!"

I think they should reply back to you within couple weeks time i.e. 2-3 weeks and acknowledged about documents received. Regarding processing of those document is solely at their discretion and no knowledge whether they do real time update or not.

Have you tried and see if there is any status or message update on My CIC?
