You should wait another month or two before you apply, I applied 3 months after AOR2 and the gcms notes didn't say anything. Mississauga staff just review the file for completeness and unless you have committed crimes or are on EI, everyone gets approved. Basically when it arrives in India, somebody is assigned the file, they look at it and send AOR2 then shut the file until they return to it at which point they will send out background check and determine eligibility. unless there is a change on your my Cic account, your file is closed pending review by the officer, whenever he/she gets to it.. I will personally wait until the background check starts and then apply for notes.

Plz suggest i have applied for spouse visa and missisuga send my file at nvdo and i was able to check my online status after reaching my file at nvdo about 29 june and at that time status was
We have recived ur application
Medical resuly has been recived
And now about last 3 weeks i am not able to check my online status
It always shows now
We are not able to check ur info at this time

Anybody having any idea why they did so...
Quick response will be appreciated....

Maximum time limit of ndvo is currently 19 months for processing file
people are getting ppr with in 12-15 months.

Canada Post is just as fast as fedex if you live in Ontario and you can also track the package with Canada post.
