Its best to visit the MP office in person, phoning them or emailing them will not bring u the best possible outcome.

We already did dat before...
Thinking to go for it again.. bcos dis awkward silence is not so good..

Wow, you are blessed, if you were off my a few days, your file would have been delayed by god only knows how long. Good that you approached the MP. If your medicals were the only hurdle then your BCK GRD should start soon. Give it 10 days i would say

As per my experience..
1- you have call mp and make an appointment.
2- visit mp office on appointed date & time.
3- make an enquiry stating all your queries and giving all your details..
4- Done

They generally take max 2 weeks to answer..
We got call frm mp at the end of the 1st week..

I don't know for others, our agent always calls the IRCC in front of me While I'm there.

This is correct, but at times depending on the urgency and anxiousness of the situation they do they call in front of you

I am a July 2016 applicant. When I login with my CIC

We received your application for permanent residence on July 11, 2016.
We started processing your application on September 7, 2016.
Medical results have been received.


It also shows Decision Made in the Permanent Residence Application Status table.



When I login with my GCkey, it shows

Application/profile status : Open
Review of eligibility :Review in Progress
Review of medical results assed
Review of submitted documents
Scheduling an interview :Not needed at this time
A background check is needed :In Progress
Final decision :Not Started



What does this mean ?How long will it take? I am already in Canada as visitor. What should I do now?
