It is same on my end, DM on ECAS and my CIC BG check in progress

My brother already got ppr and his BG is still in process

But mycic says BG in progress and decision not started.,

According to my personal experiance the date at the bottom of the page named "page updated" is directly linked to individuals file if it changes it means that app is being processed thru the system.

It should say date modified and a date next to it. And it is directly linked to the application. This latest date is in the ecas page once the application num or the client id and other info is enterd correctly.

Its passport office and after all the processing.they will send a police officer at ur address for verification.

You would need to visit your Local or Distrci police and submit application, I believe PCC request later gets forwarded to Central Bureau and if all clear. A PCC is issued. I don't believe it related to Passport Seva

With all due respect, i disagree to this.

This date is not linked with application.

If you observe closely, it remains same at the bottom of the page, even before you enter your file details.
