Assuming the child is an Indian national? and the divorce and custody filing was done in India. Please confirm.

You have to show your spouse's divorce decree and custody order based on divorce decree. Usually, if the court gives your spouse sole custody then the middle two points of the non custodial parent will not be required. If it's shared custody, all of these documents will be required.

My suggestion, if your spouse doesn't have the documents mentioned in Point 1 & 4 of the email, consult with a competent Indian divorce lawyer to see how you can get these documents asap or ask the ex-spouse to grant permission and documents as required (points 2 & 3).

This is important as NDVO have given you a deadline -- the courts move slowly in this country.

[Thanks your reply the child Indian national and unfoutunatley no custody letter for the child @ the time of divorce we contacted lawyer and he said if other parent come and sin then we can make 2 and 3 documents # 4 still take time if we collect 2 and 3 document . Is that OK to upload and get some extension to our dead line ? Please advice

Please start working on all the documents which they have asked for, i wouldn't try to go picking and choosing in any of them. From the letter you shared, it looks like March 10th as the deadline to share this information. If for any reason, there is a document which you cant provide due to govt delays or court orders, then send them all the stuff which you can and a letter explaining the missing document with all the possible supporting proofs. I would not take this very lightly.

My wife's ECAS status changed to DM on the Jan 25th; June 30th applicant. Still haven't received the PPR yet. Is this normal that it could take upto 2 weeks to receive PPR? I've also been seeing people getting phone calls before PPR, and she's in an area of poor reception - not sure what to do.

Hello.Today i recieved call from canada immigration office but i could not answer that call.After that i checked application process and decision has been made..And now can somebody tell me why i recieved call from them..really worried.

Hi everyone,

Finally got ppr yesterday and submitted the passport at chd vfs office today. Hopefully i get the passport with visa stamped soon now. Application filed on 8june and DM on 21 jan. So excited to be with my husband finally.
