Try this:
Enter family name and given names in caps lock
Enter City and place of birth in caps lock
Leave uci and app number blank
Enter 2 for number of applicants
This should all be PA's information

They admitted to my MP office that NDVO entered my email id incorrectly in their system. They made the correction today only and told me to wait for another 10 days.I guess all the case specific enquiry and emails i sent in the past 4 months to NDVO are just waste of time. The process would be easier and faster if they do all the communication through MyCIC account.

This is truly frustrating, have they contacted you before via email, then how come they can mess up your email id. Pathetic and careless attitude is whats the delay here.

Received passport request last night.

Decision Made Dec 4
BG in progress Dec 1st.

My wife is already here in Canada on a TRV so i'll be sending my passport to the Ottawa office. Good luck to all!

Any one from July 2016 NDVO applicants have medicals passed in Mycic? I linked my wife's application yesterday and medicals still say not needed at this time!
ECAS only has 2 lines on PA side. No mention of medicals received! We did upfront medicals and submitted them with her file.
Any suggestions?

I am from the July submissions and since i had done the medicals in June, it shows medicals received and passed.

Has any May 4th applicants gotten BG check in process?

Application: May 5th 2016
PA Procesing Started: July 6th 2016
Background in-processing : Dec 5th 2016

Review of Eligility: In Process
Background Check: In Process

However, the application status in ECAS says Decision Made for both. Does that mean it's all over and just waiting for PPR? Or something fishy going on here? There are only 3 lines, Received File, started processing file, and medical received. Not showing DM line yet..
