Just checked my Ecas and it shows Decision Made for both applicant and sponsor. But gc key is still doesn't have background check in process. 11th May applicant.

Hey guys...I checked my cic status today and it was decision made but I didn't receive any updates regarding background check. Also,my gc key shows that background check has not started yet. Is this normal to get dm before bgc??

Yes it is. Sometimes they do it the other way. And also send PPR without any changes in the Ecase / GCkey.

I didn't get decision made or Background Check in Process. Its almost like they forgot my application.
Either that or there are 2 groups of workers Slow ones and the Fast ones. I probably got stuck with the slow ones.
