Hey guys im november 2015 applicant. I've got a situation. My husband just received remedical email from our lawyer. But the thing is email was generated on 13 October 2016. So by that means its been more than 30 days of the given time for the remedicals. Printout was taken on 4th of november. Anybody who got remedical, would you please tell me if you guys got the email on the same date as stated on the remedicals?

I got a email on November 04 that my file has been transferred to NDVO,
and my Ecas shows we started processing your file for Permanent Residency on Nov 02 2016

But It doesnt show anything about medical, even though medical was done upront and I submitted UMI for medical with my application,

Is that common ?

I dnt think so. I did exact same thing and fees paid later is correctly linked to application. Right now my application is under eligibility review.

Hello everybody.... Get interview letter from NDVO 13 dec. time 1.30 worried can anybody guide me regarding interview b'coz our parents were not part of our marriage b'coz some reason but we have friends and other relative in marriage so what should my answer if they ask abt this

Can someone please share the timeline for the Eligibility review - completed from the date of application? Just want to have a realistic idea as to how much time on average is it taking.........

No red flags. My file reached delhi on may 9th and aor2 on may10. Most other March applicants had aor2 on may 2 so I am not in same batch we them.

So hopefully mine is a case of they not started work on it yet and hopefully it passes without interview.

My file has been received on 9th may same as you got. Nothing started yet. Lets see when NDVO wake up for us...
