I am not sure for how much time she got her visa but it took almost 35 days for passport request. she will send passport tomorrow.

i am approved as sponsor came to know through call to cic.
but still no formal SA mail.
is it possible not to get SA?

Definitely possible, they routinely forget to send AOR, have you tried to log into Ecas or my Cic

Yes MYcic says review in progress.
And ecas sponsor side permanent application is in process but no third line.
