I am in same situation, my wife TRV was approved and then she received the call from NDVO and they said your spousal visa has been approved too, which visa you want.....My wife said spousal visa and they said you will get back your passport with spousal visa in 2-3 days....waiting now !!

nice to see Jan applicants getting DMs.... happy for you.. GO Justin Go.. we like the speedy processing.. Hope rest of us also receive DMs soon... i am a feb applicant.. most likely i will receive mine next month or the month after that.. We also applied for a TRV.. its still in process.. no progress on that yet. hope for the best.. Stay positive..

Hey guys,

I have been a silent follower of this forum for a while now, thought I should update you guys on my case. Application received by CIC on Jan 18 2016 (yes 2016!!), transferred to NDVO in early March 2016, got decision made today (May 6 2016)!!! I guess now is just waiting for PPR and stamped visa

We applied online on April 26, on April 28 it said medicals pass.. After that no update.

My concern is that hopefully this is the ACTUAL DM and not just a status change on their part. About a year ago they had changed the status for applicants to "In Progress" even though there was no progress been made and it gave a lot of false hopes for people. Hopefully, this DM is the final one and we can sail through easily.....

Yes, its with them,,,,,did paper application...got call on 5th may. applied for visitors visa on 11th April. did medical on 22nd april.

I think its an actual DM.....one Nov 2015 guy got his DM on 29th April and PPR on 2nd may.....so I think its final....
and December had only 83 applicants....

Let's hope so. Call me a pessimist but I am a realist. I will not be relieved until I get the spousal entry stamp on the passport and she lands here with it!
