In any case I should receive an email. Correct?

Guys,

Just saw excel and found that more than half of the people (19 out of 31) whose application received between 2 Feb 2016 and 14 March 2016 got their PR in no more than 4 months.

Is it practically possible? If yes, then what are the basis? How can NDVO be selective in taking up the files?

Thanks
AV

Hi Nishakat

As they clearly ask first question that "Is your sponsor residing in India right now ??" Answer this question and provide documents according to it.

if yes then you have to provide his tie's with Canada by providing some of the following documents as per noted " Attach photocopies of return ticket to Canada, Copy of stamps on your passport, job offer in Canada, employment contract in Canada, Property rental agreement, Property Deed, mortgage on property or any other documents supporting your intent to reside in Canada"

If you husband already in Canada right now the provide them again "Current Job letter, any property document (if he owns any like house, condo etc), if he is renting then provide renting lease documents, or any other documents which shows he wants to live in Canada now forever.

As you have mentioned in previous comment he is already living in Canada, then don't worry just shows his ties or intention to live in Canada in future. You will be good to go.

Hello

Yes my spouse is a Canadian Citizen, living and working full time job in Canada. We already submit the Job letter and tax assessment copy along with the application.

Thanks
Hello Nishakat,

I would like to add something about your re-establish in Canada proof. You can provide supportive letter from your Canadian work place collogue and if you have relative in Canada you can get also supportive letter from them. If you have any property like house or anything, you can send property documents paper which support your reside in Canada.

Regards

Farhana

Hello jonybegood,

He is Canadian citizen but he stayed in India 2009 to 2015. For this reason the visa office ask him what is his intention to re-establish in Canada. The reason is that he sponsors his wife, if he is not live in Canada why he sponsors his wife. So he has to proof the re-establish in Canada. For this purpose explanation is not enough for this, he needs to supportive letter as a proof that now a day he live in Canada and his intention to build up a happy family life in Canada with his Children and wife.

Regards
Farhana
