I have the same thing this is because we left the last name section blank in all forms and we put everything in first name as it is like that in the passport .

Seriously , everyday it's so hard and upsetting to log into ecas and see " in process ". And the worst part is we can do nothing about it. I hope we get DM & PPR soon
