Then Visa Officer said that " you will receive the result in an email".

Congratulations on DM. Your option no 2 will work. Once you land and go back without pr card is fine but at time of re entry you need to show proof of pr. you have to get temp permit and that information is on cic website

All the august applicants those who joined this thread from the beginning of the application not getting any dm. Others just joining this thread to post abt their passport request. Just to make us jealous.. NDVO why like this... What we did...

I'm sorry you're feeling that way Fatima. I understand it's not very easy to wait around like that. I haven't been posting but waiting as eagerly as anyone...I really hope and wish a speedy DM for you!

1- No, yu wont get any extension in any case... yu have to land before your medical expires...
2- yup.. once you complete your landing procedure, yu can come down any time..

For option 1 - we want this to work as I can save airfare...my wife will go to the Canadian embassy to talk about this...We're in vietnam as I mentioned earlier..

I also got my ppr yesterday evening itself. They want me to give it to vfs new Delhi. That would be difficult considering that I'm living in vietnam...

they are working on study visas for the month of March. I wasn't expecting anything this month. From April hopefully we'll see some flow. fingers crossed!!
