New Delhi; application in proccess

Iam new in this forum. Iam sponsering my hasband we submitted our application on 17 - Aug 2016 they opened file sep 20 2016 and it was sent to Delhi on 26 sep 2016
After that we got a request to submitt police clearance on 29 march 2017. We had submitted before with application. But we sent and Submitted again the scan through email since then no updates? Anyone knows whats happening? We are so much depressed i can not link my application because i have représentative.
How can i get help to link my application?

You have to follow the instructions for representatives about linking your account, you can check this on CIC website.
But in any case, you just have to wait.

You can go and check ECAS. Just google my cic, but then scroll down to where it says check my application. That's the online tool. You can also order your GCMS these are notes that hopefully will tell you what's happening with your file.
Can also get MP involved if past normal processing times. I also have a rep. So I cannot link. But I use online tool.

I do check ECAS everyday but there is not much both sites shows in proccess no DM yet. My medical is expired on April.

Live in Calgary AB Yes did enquiry through Local MP yesterday. Lets see what would be thier reply. This is so much frustrated.
