narinder1981 had also applied under 4131 and timelines even better than yours.

so, the reasons could be -

1) high demand for 4131, super-fast processing happening.
2) super fast and efficient clerk handling 4131
3) too few 4131 applications in New Delhi and a 4131 application comes on top of the pile pretty fast.

whatever the case, 4131 is rocking right now....

and 0213 is sucking....

i mean, how does ND ommunicate... email or snail mail?

All communication by CHC has been via mail( Postal letters) and not by Email
