Hello,

Its been 4 months done with re-medicals and the is no update of ppr or DM on e-case.
Did MP inquiry they just give update that background check not started. I have no travel history, no red flag, no interview. I don't know why is it taking so long to give ppr. I also kept on sending the mail to NDVO nothing helped. Its been 22 months since i applied. I am 2014 applicant. Don't know what else to do

I think you can call cic call center if you passed your processingtime.. but i am notsure.

we r in the same boat like u...everything passed except backgrnd ND criminality not started.ours is 19th month going on...
done with remedical 2 month ago..
what should we do.
how we compel them to start backgrnd ND criminality check...
they are totally spoiling our lives

did case specific enquiry on the 25th of june got no reply till now.. i have a representative and also did mp enquiry after that so my question is... if they dont respond to cse if you have representative or if you have done mp enquiry...

Hi, normally CIC/NDVO doesn't reply for case specific enquiry. if you check your email which you got after submitting your case specific enquiry, its written :-

"
Your e-mail was received by the New Delhi visa office. We do not respond unless you have already submitted an application and we need additional information from you. If a response is justified, we will write within 30 days. We do not provide status updates on applications in process. We do not confirm receipt of documents or passports.
"

My wife did her re-medicals on 19th March.. waiting still then ...

My case is the same. It has already passed 22 months. My remedical was done in March 22, 2016 and it's been almost 5 months of remedical I have no updates. They waived our interview, and we did MP inquiry as well as did Case Specific Inquiry but all in vain... we are desperately waiting for PPR.... we too are indilemma what to do

bcz i heard that sponser has to stay in Canada during whole processing of application.

Ya thats totally fine . Short trips are ok.

We did MP inquiry and according to MP our remedical has also been received....but we don't understand what visa office wants from us now and why are we being made to wait for such a long time.....almost two years.....and still no sign of DM and PPR........desperation and frustration
