If your husband has PR then he can stay india max of five months.if he is a Canadian citizen then he could stay as long as he wants too. But no one stay that long because of job restrictions. It is good if your husband visit you...it will show the genuineship of your relationship and makes your case strong. I been through interview recently with husband... And first thing VO asked that did your spouse visit you after marriage.
We had so many trips vica versa...we been approved within 10 min.

yes!! I spent four years in Denmark, and PCC already been provided to NDVO. Did MP enquiry and they confirmed criminality and medical cleared. What next i dont know exctly. Just keep checking my inbox everyday...

Okay, then you should be getting any time...they can't hold on to our files forever....they have to clear them.

Fed up with canada spouse immigration processing. First they ...screwed in Interview/put Interview on our file without any reason (No red flag), now after passing interview,delaying without any reason. my interview cleared/passed over phone on 11 april, remedicall done/received CHC delhi 20 may and after that no update. i hv 11 months clean canada travel history, canada pcc already submitted in the file, no update, mp inquiry revealed no information. Stuck in Foreign (Canada) travel checks.
