I am dec 2014 applicant . In NOTES I have interview to be schedule . Do not know when .

I am going to apply visitor visa for my spouse .

- My MP is giving me supporting letter for visitor visa
- Documents I am submitting Job letter , IT returns , Bank balance , photos and email of communication .
- Medical upfront .

please give me anything I missing and some useful hints .

Google the address for High Comission of Canada new delhi. It's shantipath one. Just don't forget to put "Family class: spousal" on the envelope

Day before yesterday we submitt MP enquiry, in the evening my got call from MP office that they checked our file n its in new delhi, and lady also said she cant say right now whats going on with our file, so she need 7-10 bzness day to know whay is our file status... My question is.... Is this the way MP enquiry works or they just make us fool...

When interview is recommended , MP inquiry will result in no new information. Right now even August 2014 applicants havent gotten interview dates. Wait till u see applicants before u getting interview dates

I went to John McCallum's office yesterday (local constituency office) and got the same answer.. they can't do anything to help me speed up the final process.. it is stuck with other "1000s of files".. and refused to speak about why 2015 applicants get theirs ahead of 2014s.. so no help and waiting like a cut open pig bleeding out.. 18th month running now since the application.. 15th month since NDVO received the file. And no red flags anywhere. I have now decided, if i don't hear anything back by end of march, my vote ballot will look something like "a middle finger".. good riddance peace out

waiting for PPR, re-meds done since November 4th 2015.. No red flags. Eligibility/Medical/Criminality = passed.. Security/Backgroun = ??? not sure yet... will receive 2nd GCMS notes this week. What they told me was, it might have been requested to keep your file in good standing.. not necessarily that it had been finalized at the time.

Instead of MP, you fill compliant/inquiry form alternate days which might be helpful.

I 100% agree with u, i also went same office they give me same answer this process is so stupid ..!!
Really don't know what else ww can do..???

Hello guys, got following reply from mp. Everything is passed, still not getting passport request. Even MP had nothing to say and told me to contact him next week. New delhi is ruining our lives big times.

**The application was received at the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M), Ontario, on June 10, 2014.

**The initial assessment to ensure the sponsor meets the eligibility criteria has been finalized on August 5, 2014, and the application was transferred to the responsible Canadian visa office located in New Delhi.

**The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if your constituent’s dependent meets the requirements.

**Following the interview, the eligibility assessment for the sponsored spouse has been passed on February 1, 2016.

**medical examination results are updated and valid until February 8, 2017.

**Security and criminality background verifications were passed on February 24, 2016.
