Hi guys
Today I have got an email from cic they are asking for full medical again but I have already send reassessment on 2 October 2015 after getting reassessment request by email on 26 Sep 2015 so is this normal or some other requirements plz anybody share having same situation plzz it will be very helpful

We have seen this happy and it looks like a miss. I suggest you contact the NDVO via case specific inquiry or via the email in the reassessment request and mentioned you had done it earlier.

That is very very unfortunate. In a sense I agree that people generally do a "pre-mature inquiry" a lot and thus straining the VO and the MP but people such as bhkr0008 and our case for instance will benefit from the inquiry when clearly something is wrong or the file be being held up for no apparent reason for example - we did remeds on Sept 23 and we waited and waited till we got the notes in Jan which said everything was approved on Oct 9th and we showed the notes to the MP who contacted the VO and you won't believe it the very next day we got the PPR making us believe they just skipped passed or forgot our file then realized it.

I did my MP inquiry yesterday, it wasn't the MP bcz their all in ottawa it was her assistant. She filled out a form signed by me with all my details and she wrote on the notes:
-Sponsor got married on May 10th 2014
- application date October 23 2014
- medicals sent with the original file which i think was unnecessary to write but w.e
-remeds done Oct 21,2015
-In queue for background checks

I asked her to request them to start background checks if not done but she said we cant do that i guess all MPs say that. Lets hope she does my Inquiry properly and hope to hear something positive..

Rose this applicant's VO is not New Delhi. I believe the applicant is from Pakistan and so his timeline is not going to align with ours.

My MP send a consent form and then an additional form asking me to explain the case

its been 3 months after the interview i still didnt get anything

do you mind sharing your interview experience please ??

Oh thats nice for me she only looked at my latest notes and took a copy of the last mp inquiry in December, but she didnt tell me anything about additional..

Depends on the MP's office I guess since the process varies but it is definitely a positive sign that are looking into it, I would say give it 10 days or so

Looks like the PPR's have slowed down again.. Hopefully the next wave will be soon, including our file and other 2014 applicants that have been waiting after re-meds. Not to mention our 17 months(as published on the CIC website for total processing time) will be completed this month in about less than 2 weeks.
