Hi. So they didnt call u ?just email? And plz share what docs are u planning to bring? N did u do pcc and med updront without req?

Me and the lawyer got the email around the same time.
They have asked me to bring a few documents like passport, photographs, conversation proofs, photographs etc.
I sent my remeds and PCC in August which was advised by my lawyer.

After we did the inquiry the next day we got PPR and my wife got the visa issued in the week and guess what the issued date was Oct 2015 guess they forgot about the file and when we did the inquiry they realized they missed it.

I did not get any phn call, directly email from delhi

I am Nov 2014...... 3 months since done remedical still no ppr and I hear Dec 2014 got already visa here I am waiting

My wife is Jan 30, 2015 applicant. I got my GCMS notes and my suspicion was right. VO has recommended interview. VO notes are covered, as they have put S.16(1)(c), which is common when file is placed for interview. I think the last member to get Interview call was 17 July, 2014, so I have to wait until late July to hear about interview date.

What you guys recommended should I go to India and attend interview with my wife?

Hi Jaggy, if you look at the 2015 spreadsheet you'll see that a few 2015 applicants have already gotten dates for interview in March 2016. Although there is another Jan 2015 applicant who is also suspecting an interview but they haven't gotten any update yet. So its possible that NDVO has clubbed 2014 and Jan 2015 interviews together, and has started a new interview queue from Feb 2015. But you may get an interview call sooner also..maybe for March or April.

Have you ordered the notes? If you havent you should do it immediately - it will shed light on what is the delay and you can use that to contact your MP also contact your MP using http://www.lop.parl.gc.ca/ParlInfo/Compilations/HouseofCommons/MemberByPostalCode.aspx?Menu=HOC
and explain your situation though I would wait for the notes but you can also contact them now
