Notes received today - apparently they all indicate Nothing Started??

Is this normal that nothing is started?? We are a Sept/2014 applicant

I applied for notes November 27th but just last week my wife received full medical request, are the notes old going back to last month when I first applied for notes or are these electronic notes recent up to date??

the notes were generated a month ago. if you look at the notes, at the top it'll say when the notes were generated. So, there were updates to your file after you ordered your notes.

She double and triple checked it and didnt receive it. We have got all communications to her ID including AOR and re-meds..
The MP said she has done an inquiry and hopefully we hear back first week of Jan

Hello everyone,

This forum has been fantastic for the information and guidance so thank you ! For my wife I received the AOR from Delhi on June 26, 2015. I was wondering whether we should be requesting GCMS notes now or it would be better to wait ? Also, NDVO has not changed my wife's mailing address in India despite numerous requests. Do they send anything via regular mail or all correspondence is via email ? Not sure what else we can do to change the mailing address now.

At this point there wont be any update on the file so ordering the notes might not be fruitful but no harm..
Also once you send a request to change the address they will not acknowledge nor will it get updated on ECAS right way and the only way to know that the address change was made is through the notes..

We send ours and didnt get any update nor was it updated on ECAS but in the automated email it said they will not contact us nor the change will be made online.

They mostly contact using email but there has been cases of getting regular mail so you should definitely order to notes to see if the change has taken place.

And now all sudden just last week we received full medical assessment.. At least Eligibility portion should have been completed first. Strange how all checks or updates were done within a month.

1) You are looking clear for a long time for visa.

2) Counterfoil means sticking that damn. visa into your passport which you should receive somewhere in november which you did not.

These fu.ck.er.s are happily sleeping on your file man. That's what it looks like to me.

There is a slight optimism is that you may get their attention and get your shi.t done.

I know right looks like the file is just kept aside and is being slept on. We should hear back from the MP by Jan first week cause it looks like they are ready to issue the visa we should have got it on Oct.

MY APPLICATION STATUS IS DECISION MADE ..AND IN MY E-CAS THEY WRITE THAT THEY SENT THE CORRESPONDENCE FOR THE FURTHER INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS ...AND THEY SENT THE LETTER BEFORE 3 WEEKS AGO BUT YET I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE LETTER...I SEND THE E MAIL TO THEM THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE LETTER BUT NO RESPONSE .....WHAT SHOULD I DO???
AND HOW MANY DAYS TO SUBMIT THE PASSPORT WHEN THEY SEND THE PPR...
ACTUALLY I DIDN'T REGISTER THE E MAIL THIS IS MY BIG MISTAKE...

Hey guys,

An update on our file from the new notes we just received:

Eligibility: passed
criminality: passed
Medicalsassed
Final: Approved

It says counterfoil status: in queue but it always says date of issue 2015/10/09 and its the same thing for the COPR. So whats confusing is does that mean it was issued but the applicant didnt receive it or they are waiting to issue it.

Anyone else's notes say the same?

Honestly I am not surprised they are not very systematic but getting a re-mediacal is a good sign that the file is progressing.
When did you order the notes?

It is in indeed strange nothing has been started for a sept applicant, have you contacted the MP?

The notes are generated when they receive the request but are sent only after a month, apply for another set now.

PM her . She waited 6 months after re-medical. ( With good standing all around , husband and wife educated , no age gap, first wedding...celebrity couple shi.t...but ask her cuz it was weird, amount of time she waited. she helped me a lot to go through my file. )

just message her and she is fairly quick at replying .
