Do Mp Inquiry....that will definitely speed up the process. Your MP can ask on why there is a delay since it has been 2 months since medical and interview completed.

Hi for your India visit there is no need to inform NVDO.

Yes, if you are updating your Canadian address, you have to Inform CIC (unless you are ok not to get any mails from them )
