Hi fiza. Can you track the passport dispatched from the embassy too ? And how long did it take since you submitted the passport ? My wife will be submitting her passport at vfs jalandhar today.

We submitted the passport on Nov 3 morning to VFS Jalandhar. They give you the tracking id to track the passport and on their website it show it has been couriered from the embassy.
Waiting for the pickup information eagerly ......once we get the ppt only then we are planning to book the tickets ;D.

spouse sponsorship

dear sir,
i got married on 21st jan 2013 and became PR on 25th jan 2013, but my application was single as i could not include my wifes details as i was getting married just before i travelled to canada to become a PR, now i wanted to apply her sponsorship under family sponsorship, in the due course of time i had a child too. so i wanted to sponsor both of them under family sponsorship...what are the options do i have now .. as my PR status is still single..

hey Sabir , Do u mean to say that u landed in Canada on 25 Jan 2013 as Single ? That means you are in big trouble by doing mis representation .. You should have informed CIC before landing and added your wife's name in your application

I guess its a full remedical because my medical has expired completely (over 15months)
and dats why they give 30days to submit.

mine too 15 month expired. In that email they mention x-ray and lab test. And gave me 30 days time to submit . what is written in ur remedical req ?

OK thnx for helping. I was worried that I thought I am the only one who got full remdical.

My hisband did his remedical Xray only but the dr didn't give any recipt of pay or any confirmation to show he is done remedical is it normal?
What is next after remedical? Any chance of interview???

They would not give u any doc after a remedical....
It will be directly sent by the doc to the embassy...
If my knowledge is correct, there is no interview after a remedical
