Im a December Applicant, My file status changed to InProcess on August 9th i have applied notes on August 13th and Got my notes today.

Eligibility - Not started
Security - Not started
Criminality - Not started
Medical - Passed
Under Each of this Section, I do see a Due Date which is 09/March/2016
Does it mean these steps will be completed only by 2016 ???

Shouldn't the Eligibility be passed if a person is in process ?

Does Sponsor had to update if his/her jobs change? My Spouse file is in new delhi, I am the Sponsor and my jobs has changed recently.
Do i need to update CIC or Newdelhi?

You must notify CIC of following changes to your application. Examples of changes include:
• Changes in your personal circumstances, such as birth or adoption of a child, a marriage or a divorce
• Change of contact information (e-mail, mailing address, telephone number)
• Appointment or change of immigration representative or designated individual
• Decision to withdraw your application

I don't think that a job change needs to be notified in case of Spousal Sponsorship.Rest is your call.

God, that's like 14 months after application. Does that mean Dec applicants will not hear anything before that in terms of DM and PPR? :-\ :-\

On an average ,It does not take that much time for DM/PPR after IP.However,can't say anything about NDVO these days.

The due dates are created for one year from the record created in the system in NVDO.
I think your file arrive to NDVO in March 2015 and they created a record in the system.
I can ignored all these.
Is there anything manual notes by VO?
Any idea why your ecas shows InProcess looking at notes.
Even my notes show pretty much same stuff. But still not in process.

We have the same timeline as Arvind. I have not heard anything and no IP for me. I pray we do t have to wait till March 2016 for loved ones to be together!!!

Finally wait is over
Got PPR Thursday night, passport mailed Friday morning and got visa back today.

Congratulations to the couples who finally got paid for their patience.I am a december applicant. Still in the "application received" category.I wanted to know the procedure of applying for notes. What I got to know is we can apply for notes once we get IP. Is it so?? Or anything else??

You can apply for notes now but I doubt NDVO would have done anything if you are still in AR.I don't know why NDVO is taking so much time these days.In 2014 the trend was much better.

There seems to be a new processing method with the VO. Just for reference, when my wife's application was still AR, the notes showed, Eligbility as (In progress) and Medical as (Passed - Expired) and we had an ADR as well. ecas showed application received only. by the time we got IP, the notes showed eligibility and criminality as Passed and Medical as In progress.

In seems now as soon as they touch your file for anything, it gets put into IP, i guess someone reviewed the medical and updated it triggering it to go into IP mode. As for anyone wondering that it says MR on their ecas but not in IP. that's because, all the documents go through 2 step process, one where it is inputted into the system and second when it is reviewed. the first step should get you the MR on ecas.

I m just wondering what does it mean? After status changed to in process it says nothing has been started ? Dont mnow whats going on with NDVO.
