Hey everyone, my ecas just had another line added to it. It now says:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on XXXXXXXX.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on XXXXXXX.
3. We started processing your application on XXXXXXX.
4. Medical results have been received.
5. We sent you medical instructions on XXXXXXX. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.


The new line that was added was No.2. So CIC is not giving me any new info.
Does anyone else have the same thing added to their ecas?

Does anyone know what this means?

Maybe it just means someone has touched your file again? I don't have no. 2 in my status

thank u guys..

manat they provided me the courier service, although i was a bit reluctant but they ensure me that there will be no delays.. and they were right.. i submitted it on 9 and i got text msg on 11 that my processed passport is dispatched.. today i recieved it..

Hi preetaman1718. Many many congrats. That was quick in just 5 days you got your passport. What do you have to bring with you. Ppr letter, 2 photos and around $1100. Anything else? My husband will go on monday.

along wd ppr letter u have recieved a paper im which ur husband needs to fill his n urs detail n have to deposit it along wd ppr n photos..

My best wishes to all those who got changes to their status. August 10 and all others who got IP and DM you can see an update on your file not later than an Month only if your Medicals have enough validity.
In our case we got DM on August 5th and medicals expiry was August 22. We havent heard anything back from NDVO until August 26 even after numerous enquires and e-mail. But they gave us a re-medical request on August-26 to do X-ray again. We did re-medicals in Sept -2 from Edmonton. Now waiting for what would next be the Decision.......... Usually how long it will take after re-meds........ To get PPR or so, as our file status is DM......???

Hi i have a question regarding Re-medical. My wife medical was expired on June 2, 2015. I file my Application oct 7, 2014 and haven't heard anything from them yet.

Is it a good idea to do re-medical and send them? or should i just wait patiently.
