Urgent help needed shed some light guys
my husband did stay in canada for a while in 2011. So we already submitted RCMP check fingerprint based with our application. Now he again got a call and email to appear for fingerprints at CHC dehli. Does we really have to go through this again? Will it delay our application even more. I am fed up its 15th month already

I am 26 Nov 2014 applicant, I also had clean travel history in Canada in 2009 for 11 months, and I had already submitted Canada PCC from RCMP along with our spouse immigration application. NDVO Do not accept Canada PCC from RCMP ? If NDVO accept .. then Why NDVO ask for again Canada PCC or again finger prints at CHC New Delhi ? I have sent you personal message. Please reply.

As I have read and understood from this forum, that, PCC doesn't come with any expiration date.

Thank for explaning amritraj. Our lawyer is from canada. You are right. My husband got his interview letter by courier in punjab and on the letter it was his punjab address. I am hoping they will mail the letter soon again. Thank you once again.

My husband's vo did asked my husband to submit new pcc right after his interview. Pcc are valid for only 6 months as far as i read 2014 applicants posted. Correct me if i am wrong.

Today I received Interview letter, interview is scheduled on October 17th. In interview call letter they asked me to bring Some original certificates and interview is in Delhi. Our's is second marriage.

You got interview letter even after In process?
I'm In process as well, does this mean I am still vulnerable for interview? It's NDVO, afterall.
