Hi blr
Your trv would have been rejected because of security check that might be pending in your permanent application process if you clear the security check they might give you trv we got this information from our mp

My Security checks have not even started i was issued a 7yr TRV so dont believe this MP.

good luck

Wow !! Congrats ! That's awesome ! Am so glad it worked out for you. 2 weeks after writing to Case review you got a resolution. Now it could still be a coincidence. But anyways after rhomank I tend to believe that it helped.

Here is the info again. I think it would be wise for only those stuck beyond the 16 month timeline to use it. Good luck guys !

Yeah....I think TRV decision is completely made by the visa officer. An MP cannot interfere in decision-making. They can ask only the status, reasons for rejection and maximum to speed up the process.

After first TRV rejection (just after marriage and before Spouse visa filing), my spouse made MP to enquire and they told him the same reasons printed on the refusal letter with an advice to apply for Spouse immigrant visa (even that advice was printed on my refusal letter)

Guyss, need some help,if u have a lawyer representing ur case then also we can apply notes on our own or only lawyer can apply ...plzz reply

Hey Moneey, no need for a lawyer or representative the sponsor can apply for notes on their own. The principal applicant will need to sign a consent form to have their information released.

Aman

Hey congrats!! :) Did you get IP or DM? It is directly passport request? Your medical is also expired.

We directly got ppr... And after that we checked on the website it said decision made. I'm surprised too that they didn't ask for remedical.

Hi everyone,

I am a new member of this group and posting first time here.

I am a PR (citizenship in process). My fiance lives in India and we are planning on getting married in August 2015. We met thru family and this is an arranged marriage. We are planning for a court marriage first as there is no "muhurat (auspicious date and time)" in August. From the experience of members, Is court marriage accepted in delhi VO? Or do we need to have a traditional marriage?

I was planning for a traditional marriage at a muhurat date in November 2015. However as didn't want to delay the visa process so planning for a court marriage earlier. Is it ok to do this way? Please share your experience and point me in a right direction.

Thanks a lot for your help in anticipation. Please correct me if I am not on the right thread.

Congratulations titumon !!
Your happy days has begun !
