Which month application is on process by NDVO........? Augest or october....... They forget about september applications ...???? We are still waiting....... Nothing has been changed yet...... Still AR MR....... Its been 8 months since i have submitted my file........

don't worry august files are going on right now...next will be our turn...

well ok u r lawyer is right bcoz u have no reason for remedical without CIC req. n my case situation is Quiet different, i m in interview Que so i think i have save some time. if i do re-medical without req. but nothing harm in it if we do .....

How did u knw dat ua file is in interview queue? Did u get ua interview letter or via gcms notes...? Any news as when is ua interview scheduled???

All we know is NDVO processing file very slow.......any reason why there is this much delay? Why do they keep increasing the processing times from 9 months->13months->15 months ->16 months

What's next.....are we going to wait for 2 years to be with our partners? this is insane the way they are working.

I think next update it should be going toward 18-19 months mark with the way things are going from last few months.

looking at the entries in the sheet my guess is NVDO has stopped processing Indian Citizen application and started processing Nepali Citizens bcus of recent earthquake on basis of humanitarian reasons.
They did same think for Tsunami victim families back in 2005-2006.

My guess is it will be a while till they finish Nepali citizen and come back to Indian citizen.

Processing files for Nepali citizens is just an excuse....Don't they have any emergency department setup to handle situation like these? How can they stop processing other files and put all resources to handle emergency.

They are making excuse after excuse and have decided to screw our life. Wish there was some way our issues were addressed. this is unbelievable how no one is accountable for long processing times.

We cant be certain that Indian application has stopped since not everyone is on this thread and on the Excel..

No update Fiza (I know you did not ask me ) but just popping in; not even from MP's office. It's now 4 weeks with MP too. Such slow process in an advanced nation rather so called G7 country is pathetic.

I would suggest following up with your MP. Usually MP reply doesn't take that long. They come back very next day....Surprised on why its taking long for you.
