Yes, the medical was done upfront and attached with the application. I just got off the phone with the call centre. they said they cant help since the application is already in NDVO but did mention that the online status should show the medical. Asked me to email NDVO to get an update. The medical has already expired, so we are planning on going for a re-medical without a notice anyways this week and will forward that to NDVO. I am going to wait a few more days till the notes arrive before contacting NDVO, incase there something else as well. In which case, i can address everything in one email.

Does the notes arrive exactly after 30 days or what is the normal time? any one who have received could maybe share their timeline on acquiring notes.

I believe the medical is valid for a year? please correct me if I am wrong because I am also thinking of getting the medical redone but yes waiting for the notes is better idea as in case if there was anything it will be highlighted in the notes.

oh and sorry forgot to answer that. They said notes take 30 business days but some people had to wait between 30-40 days. But in case if they require more than they will let us know that more time is required which usually happens if physical file was requested.

(1) AOR2 is when you application is Received by Local Visa Office in Your Country for Further Process.
(2) The Second Email you Received on 30 Jan 2015 that says that my file is forwarded to NDVO.It is AOR2

Second email (30 Jan 2015) I got is sponsorship approval and it says your file is being forwarded to local visa office (NDVO).

But no information or mail (so called AOR2) from NDVO yet

ECAS says medical results have been received (saw just 4 or 5 days after SA). Upfront Medical Results are received at NDO???

One week after I sent few additional supporting documents (photos, Chat & Call history, Financial support etc ) to NDVO with file number. No acknoweldemt for that too

There won't be acknowledgement for such communication. Unless it is something important, like you had a baby, rest of things are not acknowledged by NDVO.

is it proper to send ongoing relationship proof i.e photos chat and phone emails to NDVO, does it help anyhow to process our file faster?

Medicals completed upfront on 17th July 2014.

Application received (CIC) 6th October 2014.
Sponsor approval granted on 14th November 2014
AOR2 / File transferred to Delhi on 27th November 2014
Landing Fees and PCC submitted on 26th December 2014

Hiiii guyssss. ..... Anotger update from my side ....... Got a call from NDVO ....man ask about my remedicals nd ask my remeds UMI no nd panel physician name .... Nd said we recv ur remedicals... . guys i did remeds without NDVO request nd suggest to everyone done remeds without request it will save ur 3-4 months gud luck

I did not get AOR2 however I did email from NVDO to submit proof of payment n pcc. So I assume they have my file and AOR2 was not required. The SA letter said file is being forwarded to the concerned office which was NDVO.

AOR2 email asks for that. so I guess that might be AOR2 email.
