Deep33 ...what is the status on your file on ecas ...does it show AR/MR or in process.

in notes if it says progress it doesnt mean its in process .

Deep 33 ...if your file is in process then do not do remedical until you are asked as they may ask you only for chest xray . does your status shows in progress or in process as 2 different things ... due date means by 02 april they will take decision but in most cases they give due date and it can extend as well !
So was your file always in process ..plus you were asking other day how to apply for notes so did u apply them before ?

Hello...got my notes yesterday...don't know how to read them properly..
some points I have noticed..
eligibility..passed..and one due date is also mentioned in this column 2 April 2015...I think may be it's for final review.
one security column is blank what that mean..???
Medical is expired and due date is 31 march 2015..is this mean they have to send a remedical letter before this date...??
In last pages they mentioned...pending is RFV and issuance...what is this???

From what I am reading, your file is in Final stages. Eligibility is passed, which means they have considered you relationship is genuine. What is the status for Criminality and Security?
RFV stand for ready for Visa. You should be receiving your PPR soon.

1) Your wife will get an email with her UCI from New Delhi visa office once your files reaches there. SA just has the sponsor's UCI. Your wife should get the email soon, because it has been one month since you got your SA.
3) Medical is valid for 1 year.

Guyz, I have decision made on my ECAS since 19th March 2015.I have not got PPR.

Does any one know, if I can contact NDVO for the same, if yes, how to contact them.

I am really tensed now as who ever gets Decision Made receives PPR in 1 or 2 days. For me its almost a week. What to do

So got a reply from the MP Office the lady called me and told me that my husband's medicals has been received (as if I didn't know that already!) and the wait is for 16 months (again, as if I don't know that already!) but she said that they haven't even initiated a background check on him yet and that's where it takes time! She said if I want I can do a check every 2 months with the MP and know which stage his file has reached! Why are they making us suffer like this??! I am thinking I should just move back with my child. No point of being a citizen of this land, having a full time job, paying tax and voting for such a terrible government! My biggest mistake is to think about moving back to Canada and wanting to start a life here!! What's the point of doing good for this country when my child and I am suffering like this without my husband??! I am so upset frustrated and angry!

I agree with you Arika....MP is giving the same ghisa pitta response of 16 months.....did the same with me to wait till Aug as they haven't started the final review on my husband file....waiting till Aug means 16 damn months!!!!! I am doubting whether they even submitted the inquiry....

Wish I could be this lucky and could move back to India. ............I am paying a very hefty price of being in Canada today

Hi Preetinder,
It took more than 40 days for me to get PPR after decision made. Decision made on Jan 27 and PPR on March 17.
So don't worry. U ll get PPR soon. You are in safer side now
