Hi ...have you applied for notes ? or MP enquiry ? I am also may applicant and status is AR AND MR ..notes more than 1 month no reply received yet ..

HI FRIENDS,

im new to this forum, even i dint knw how to use it properly.

i applied for my wife on may 28th 2014
and file was received by New Delhi office On 4th Aug 2014
medical was done 14th april 2014.
as of now status says medical have been received. Any idea how long it will take to get through

i knw you guys knw better and your comments will be much appreciated

Fiza or Avneet ...anyone who is still waiting for their status is still AR/ MR ..should we wait for ndvo to advise for remedical or can we do it on our own..as mine expires in 2 weeks , its confusing ...

Yup its disheartening as in same boat ..lets keep our faith stronger ..and we will shall be united with our spouses soon ....we dont know how this process works...;-(

I know Hunny singh.......my husband is going through same. When I was there, eveyone had only one thing to say "ehda kam mado hoyega, baki saareya da ban vi gaya....eh haje ethe hi betha"

Seriously, people have no knowledge on how the process works. they just know how to put one down. just ignore them. they are jealous of what you have and what you will get in the future.

Lawyer suggested to get it done on your own if there is no request received from NDVO for remedical.

I am still waiting to hear after my remedical( 9th dec2014) been more then 3 months now. God only knows whats happening with my file.

It will be full medical. They will only do chest xray or half medical when it is mentioned in the letter sent from NDVO. They won't do that if you are doing it on your own.

Got update from one of my spouse frnd and she told me those who applied the application on jan and feb they will get the interview letter on first or 2nd week of april.

And those who applied the application on mar and apr they will get the interview letter on first or 2nd week of may.

It's ridiculous system i have ever seen

Interview letter received in may.....Interview will be in June and then another 2 -3 months waiting....by this time it will be Aug or Sept them. Arghhh....................this is not done NDVO

Hang in there Hunny singh. We all are with you. I know its difficult but there is no other way out. NDVO is ruining our life....keep some patience ....lets pray to god when interview happens we clear it and unite with our partners soon.

When is your medical expiring? get your remedical done before hand it will save sometime. remedical request can delay ppr for 2-3 months as well.

So, Eligibility assessment is Pass, Medicals is Pass. But criminality and security are not started? That was the same for me. Criminality and Security were not started till Jan 2015. But, can you check if anywhere in the notes, its says "RFV"? For me, one of the notes by officer said "FCU-RFV Send for Crim", meaning the file is ready for visa, only pending is criminal checks, therefore send for criminal checks.

Due dates don't matter much I think. For me, in criminality section, due date was August 2014, which was long passed. But, clearly criminal check status was not updated till RFV even, so it kept saying "Not started". But, over all application due date may have some meaning. Under APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT, it shows due date, and my due date was April 15.2015. And we received PPR recently. Is this the same due date you are mentioning?

Overall, I think your file is close to finishing. If you submitted your PCC properly, just need to wait for RFV and then PPR. Worst case, if due date is considered, your file will be done by May 15, 2015. Also, check when your medicals are expiring and see that they are not close to expiring.

Thanks ydj_dil. The due date is mentioned under Family Class Sponsorship Eligibility and not under Application Assignment. Under Application Assignment due date is set to 2015/01/02; basically 2nd Jan 2015 and that date has also elapsed. Not sure what this means.

Medicals have expired long ago (Feb 22nd) and the hospital wants a medical requisition from CHC before conducting another round of medicals. This is for my wife actually as I am a citizen and waiting for her arrival.

Unfortunately I don't see any RFV. So the wait still continues. Hope it is finalized by end of next week.
