heeey guys i got my notes today and it says interview waiver recommended. file sent to officer for review..does that mean interview waived or still possible???

Eligibility passed - now you are onto background check !!

And the biggest sign is you got IP. thats it !

yes, i am confused now because under eligibility it says passed and the officer noted that marriage is genuine then at the bottom it says, RFV...this is confusing me now ??? ??? ???

i hope so and thank youuu! that's relief and makes sense now ..the only thing is Feb11 meds expire hahaha why oh why but i don't know but we made a mistake in doing meds early

They won't ask you for re-med don't worry.

They will ask for extension directly from the doctor who did the medicals the first time as long as the file gets processed within 15 months. So its like have medical expiry at 15 months as long as its a positive decision.

I have applied Sponsorship for both my Wife and Kid 1 yr old .

We got PPR. Should both of them be present in the VFS offcice to submit passport ? or just the Applicant is enough.

Anyone with Kid had this experience ?

Does anybody know how long it takes to get passport back from Delhi. We sent thru blue dart on Jan 29.

No news yet on our application. Application received on 30th June but it still says AR. I have no idea when are they even going to start working on our application. we are getting frustated now. i get a feeling that because my wife hold a Nepal Passport & i am an Indian,they have probably put it on the side- Just a thought ???

What do you guys feel??
