hi guys, our online status finally changed to "In Process" since 24th Jan 2015! ;D (please update the excel sheet, thanks)
i know everyone's case is different, but how long now before they make a decision? 3 weeks, 3 months, etc?

and also, can they still flag us for an interview? or are we past that stage?

Med's Done....: 22 Jan 2013
App. Filed.......: 08 Jan 2014
AOR/SA..........: 06 Feb 2014
IP..................: 24 Jan 2015

I applied immigration on 27 December and applied for a visitor visa a month before that because I wanted to be there for Christmas. I got a 3 year visit visa

Hi ,was reading what you said and wanted to ask something.. I applied for my wife 2014 april so can she apply for a visitor visa Now and will they refuse it or what are the chances?

thanks, and no we didnt have any interview yet but it took 1 year for status to change from AR/MR to IP.
thats why im asking if there is still a chance that they can ask us for an interview now after going into IP?

what is your online status?

mine is stiil AR/MR nd yeah no interview after IP gud luck wish u speedy visa

ya, thats correct. both of us are staying in india so we hired an immigration consultant in canada to look over our docs before submission (bad idea). we sent it to them but they delayed the submission of our file by 4-5 months because they took thattt look to go thru the whole file

so they don't ask for an interview after application goes "in process" right?
next thing to expect is PPR?

I went to india on 14th april,2014 , got married on 23rd april and came back on 20.may,2014.
Not too long dude. I am working as a contractor, and you know contractor wont get long Vacations
