Oh ya you should have submitted your wife medical upfront
Since your file is in process.I have never seen interview after that
File go into IP after your file pass the true marriage authentication stage

Medical is the only reason of delay .But it should not take long now.They don't ask for medical unless your file is approved
Just make sure you have paid her RPRF fee

that is what i understand....because when my wife received a medical request it was a Diwali holly days in India...that is the only main reason of delay...

Guys, OMG moment for us....we received PPR yesterday...

In the email they mention to see the VFS global website to transmit the passport to New Delhi.....however, VFS centre is not available in Surat and the nearest one is in Mumbai....Do we really have to use VFS or any other courier to submit the passport.....If anyone can shed some light then it would be very helpful....

Congrats . VFS is also located in Ahmedabad. I think it is the same distance as Mumbai from Surat. It is safe to send through VFS, but you can use a reliable courier service as well, like blue dart/ DHL. Make sure to send the required form filled up properly.
