There is no dependecy for the province that you apply for, especially for the spousal visa. These things are totally baseless. Your application processing is based on how you have represented your case and how complete is your package.

Hello, so i am in saskatchewan rightnow.. if i put my current address rightnow while applying and say, next month i plan to move to toronto, that wouldn't make any difference right? i will just have to inform them i guess, which is fine!!

Yes. That should be fine, just inform them about your change in address.

Don't worry for meeting over matrimonial site. Its perfectly alrite my friend had same status n he landed week back so dun wry man evrythn z fine as long thingz are geniun.
